The unique consistency of the material allows it to provide firm support while retaining enough give and elasticity to be comfortable on your neck and shoulders. The Shoulderstand Foam is sold in groups of four and can be used together to make a brick that measures 2 in. x 20 in. x 24. Individually they measure 2 in x 10 in x 12 in.
