Fitness balls have been recommended for low-intensity muscle toning workouts for years now, however due to design flaws and poor quality they are often passed over in favor of more conventional and often more difficult and strenuous methods of exercise. However, using the latest technology Everlast has made the Anti-Burst Fitness Ball. This fitness ball is made with special polymers and silicone to add durability and eliminate the tearing, ripping and puncturing that are often associated with these devices. The Anti Burst Fitness Ball can be quickly deflated and inflated with the included two way pump, making it easy to take along to the gym and to fitness classes. This is a great product and will make your workouts more effective and fun. Also available in a men's version.

  • Anti-burst technology prevents rips and tears
  • Available in three sizes
  • Great for low intensity muscle toning workout
  • Weight capacity is 300 lbs.

4 out of 5 stars Good product for the price, 2006-09-08 11:50:36

I used this ball for about 2 months for pregnancy exercises and as a seat. It was very comfortable and allowed me easy movement. The surface was smooth, but not slippery, giving me perfect support. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because I was just sitting on it today and leaned against our bathroom dresser--the decorative part of the dresser (diamond, not really sharp, but the ball must have leaned against it in just the right angle?) caused it to puncture. The good news is that the ball did not burst and I was able to get off the ball safely.
