I ordered two of these, one for myself and one for my girlfriend. We have been using them for about a week and we both love them. They are plenty thick, and very squishy which is great for the joints. If you need a mat, this is an excellent purchase. Just be aware that you cannot remove the velcro ties from the mat, and they are very hard to get to lay completely flat. Other then those two minor setbacks, they are awesome.
