This piece of equipment is excellent. It increases the cardio endurance level tremendously. I enjoy working out with the weighted vest. I do not mind wearing it even when I'm not working out.

I like the vest and it's pretty comfortable. After a while it hardly feels like you're wearing it. I don't like the blue color though. Black would be better--more low profile.
