The X-Press Strength Training System features over 20 different exercises. It is equipped with 6 exercise stations including a bench press station, cable station and ab crunch station. The X-Press is flexible, allowing different size users to comfortably and effectively use all its stations and the back pad tilts to ensure full support when performing all of the chest exercises.The BodyCraft X-Press's unique cable arms can be adjusted to provide a wide range of exercises. If you rotate them to the lowest position, you can perform exercises such as arm curls, lateral raises, front raises, and shrugs. You may also rotate the cable arms upward for exercises such as pec flys, bench press, incline press and decline press. Adjust them to the top position for shoulder press. This versatile system can also be adjusted to perform Sports Specific training or a wide range of Rehabilitation Exercises.
The bench press station features an adjustable starting point which allows. Different size users to comfortably and effectively work their upper body and allows for bench press, incline press, shoulder press and mid row exercises. The Seat and seat back are adjustable and the back pad tilts to ensure full support when performing incline and shoulder presses.
The X-Press Strength Training System's unique doubling cable increases the resistance to a 2:1 ratio, providing
for up to a 400 pound bench press, while still allowing 10lb. adjustments on all the other exercises.

Leg extension and leg curl station allows for seated leg extensions and standing leg curl and automatically adjusts to fit your height and leg size.
