This weight lifting belt is 5" and made from durable nylon with a thick, padded foam core that adds comfort as well as support.. The belt has a plush tricot interior lining that is designed to be comfortable when worn against the skin. The belt also features large metal buckle paired with a wide nylon Velcro strap that securely fastens the belt and prevents slippage when lifting or training.
