Unique in design, the F320 allows the user to keep their feet securely in contact with the ground; one of the key factors in proper benching technique. Made from rock solid construction using 12 gauge, 2" x 3" steel tubing, this weight bench can be positioned in 8 different ways including decline, flat and vertical. It's comfortable seat and seat back use 2" thick, high density foam, covered in black vinyl, with upholstered back covers. The F320 is only 18 inches tall in flat position and only gets lower from there making dumbbells easy to reach. It's vertical position is actually 85 degrees from horizontal for proper support and comfort.

The BodyCraft F320 is designed to work at all angles within the confines of any Smith Machine or Rack System. As the F320 inclines, it slides back and under the bar. The BodyCraft F320 accepts attachments such as Arm Curl (model F610), and Leg Extension/ Curl (model F611)
