This product was very easy to assemble. Besides what's included you will need a 10mm and an 11mm wrench or rachet. This bar is heavy duty and has had no problem handling my 260lb hubby. It has many padded areas so you can change up your position for more variety. It firmly attaches to the door even though it leave no permanent damage. Great product!
