BodyCraft Back & Arm Machine F620, 2005-11-21 12:33:05

Excellent, very solid, smooth operation, quiet, easy to workout with, and simple to use. This was my very first weight machine purchase and far better then those free weights or those bulky home gyms with too many attachments. I have a bad lower back, so I wanted to get away from free weights and use a weight machine with pulleys so as not to put extra pressure on my lower spine. This machine is great for that. This machine works your back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, etc. Why I like this better then other Lat Machines, is this BodyCraft Back & Arm Machine F620 allows you to do rows or biceps curls while seated on the cushioned bench seat, Other Lat Machines I checked out required you to sit on the floor to do rows and make you stand up to do a bicep curl. This is simply a great machine, I would recommend it to everyone, especially for anyone with lower back problems. Assembling took me four hours, but I took my time, and the assembly manual was not the greatest to figure out. Have someone mechanically inclined assemble this for you. Overall, I would highly recommend this machine.
