    great, except needed resized

    I had to take in the back headstrap a bit. One size does not fit all, but then I am an extremely small woman. This is a great way to work out and isolate the neck muscles. I had been having a hard time keeping my head from banging the ground around 50 push-ups on the PT test but this has worked wonders.
