Returns

We will accept all returns of new-condition (unused, unwashed and unaltered) merchandise, except music or other CDs within 30 days of your receipt of them. A full refund, minus our actual ship price will be tendered, or a replacement can be requested. You are responsible for getting the package back to us.

Packaging must be returned intact and the unit's box must be covered and kept in new-condition. Putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the packaging will result in forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If the return cannot be accepted the items will only be shipped back to the customer at the customer's cost.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you would like a replacement, please note exactly what size, color and item you would like as a replacement.

Due to manufacturer policies, some returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an item is refused or returned you are responsible for all shipping or restocking fees.

• How long will it take for me to receive my order?
  Add the items to your cart, enter your zip code on the shopping cart page, and estimated ship times for the various available shipping methods will be displayed. That date is an estimated date. Actual delivery may vary by as much as 2-4 business days. If you need to ensure that your order is delivered by a certain date call or email to confirm the delivery date. .
  

• Free shipping promotion
  Free shipping is offered for select items on orders of $19 or more. The entire order must be shipped to a single address. Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Offer is valid for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes on items that can be shipped via the USPS. Some items may have shipping surcharges and are not eligible for the free shipping offer. Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise. Offer is only valid while supplies last. This promotion may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.

• Sales Tax -- NY only
  Sales Tax is only collected for residents of New York state. Sales tax of 8.375% is collected for New York residents.
  
• Can I order offline?
  Yes. Place an order, selecting "I will call with payment information." No credit card information is required.

• I need to upgrade shipping, is that possible?
  Yes, it almost always is. Email Customer Support with your order number or your zip code and a list of the items you are interested in and we will respond with exact shipping quotes for quicker UPS delivery.
• I'm in the military and stationed overseas. Can you ship to an APO and how much will it cost me?
  Yes, we can ship to a APO. We will ship to military locations via USPS Priority Mail
  We cannot ship oversize items to any APO/FPO address
