I can't believe I was stupid enough to waste my money on this piece of garbage. This tape adds nothing to my knowledge of stretching. Wallace can hardly speak english and doesn't make sense half of the time. He must be brain damaged. Do yourself a favor and skip this product unless you like throwing money away.
